Abstrakt: The article discusses a study which determines the effectiveness of a novel method for peroxisome-proliferator-activated receptor-γ (PPARγ) ligand screening. It states that the study was conducted through measuring the increase of fluorescent polarization. Findings reveal that the method is useful for screening PPARγ ligands.
