The article discusses legal and ethical issues related to medical treatment of immigrants, termed both regular and irregular, and the doctor-patient relationship in light of Italian law number 94/2009. Among other topics addressed are the Italian view of the nature of a multi-ethnic society, the nature and implications of the law mentioned, and the specific legal and ethical issues addressed. |
