The article discusses the court cases Polo Woods Foundation v. Shelton-Agar and Oldfield v. Gold Coast City Council in Australia. The Polo Woods Foundation v. Shelton-Agar explores the sufficiency of the regular grazing on land of up to 10 ponies between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. for 25 years to acquire a profit à prendre by prescription. Meanwhile, the Oldfield v. Gold Coast City Council called for an application that can eliminate an easement. |
