| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses the important role that parents play in improving the quality of learning for their children in school and at home. It discusses case studies by the Annenberg Institute in the fall of 2009 which focus on seven community-organizing groups that aid parents in improving education for their children. The positive outcome of organized campaigns to improve the status of education in some U.S. states is presented. |
