Abstrakt: The article reports on the implementation of no-refusal policy on driving while impaired (DWI) in Young County, Texas led by County Attorney Dayne Miller. It states that every person suspected with drunk driving will be given a choice, either give a breath or blood sample to verify blood alcohol content or a warrant will be issued to force one to cooperate. It mentions that if one is guilty of DWI, first offense would be 10 days in jail subject to probation and 20 days for the second offense.
