Abstrakt:	The article focuses on the emergence of beekeeping in U.S. urban areas including Chicago, Illinois, Dallas, Texas, and Detroit, Michigan. It states that such farming is illegal in New York and punishable by a 2,000 dollar fine, as the Section 161.01 of the New York City Health Code states that honey bees are dangerous animals. Meantime, New York beekeepers are keeping their business in secret. Other details related to beekeeping are offered including hive location and harvesting.
