The article focuses on the counterintelligence (CI) community in the United States and the mission of cyber CI. The protection of public and private information, the threats to national security that could result from the exploitation of computer and information technology, and the security of government information systems are discussed. The risk assessment of terrorism and cyber-terrorism is also discussed. |
