| Abstrakt: |
The article presents three case studies of patients complaining of visual changes in their eye and noted to have central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC) which is linked with the use body-building products containing ephedra. All patients' medical and ocular history were negative for steroids. All three patients undergone ocular coherence tomography, and fluorescein angiograms to confirm the diagnosis. It concludes that the use of ephedra is associated with serious neural retinal detachment. |
