Information about the issues discussed at the Hawaii Conservation Conference sponsored by the Hawaii Conservation Alliance (HCA) on natural resources and climate change is presented. Topics include the impact of precipitation and temperature on ecosystems in Hawaii, challenges of the wildlife, and solutions for the effects of climate change. The conference featured several speakers including climatologist Tom Giambelluca, biologist Jeff Burgett, and Jonathan Price from University of Hawaii. |
