| Abstrakt: | The article discusses a court case wherein defendant Ezra Pound was charged with treason in the U.S. Attorney General Francis Biddle indicated Pound for treason. The trial was held on February 13, 1946 under Judge Bolitha J. Laws. Treason charges against the writer were dismissed in 1958 based on the finding that he was unfit for trial. |
