Abstrakt: Information about ultramarathon is presented. It states that ultramarathons are footraces that passed the standard marathon distance of 42.2 kilometers. They are run on indoor/outdoors tracks, as well as in remote mountains and urban environments. The Self-Transcendence 3,100 Mile Ultramarathon is considered as the longest certified footrace in the world.
