The research reported here sought to engage in a direct examination of the relationship between organizational identification and organizational justice in profit-motive organizations within the collectivistic culture of Thailand. In pursuing this objective, three types of perceived justice were deemed relevant: distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice. Significant positive relationships were found between each of these three forms of justice and organizational identification. These findings are discussed, and suggestions are presented for future research concerning this topic. ..PAT.-Unpublished Manuscript [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
