Abstrakt:	The article presents a commentary regarding a suspended sentence order with a community requirement. According to it, breach of a suspended sentence order may result to the imposition of a custodial sentence, which requires a court to activate the sentence in full unless it would be unjust to do so. It states a case wherein it is better for a court to impose a simple community order.
