| Abstrakt: | The article presents the highlights of the Jazz Appreciation Month sponsored by the International Association of Jazz Educators (IAJE) Chapter of Puerto Rico. The special event featured two concerts of the newly formed IAJE Puerto Rico Honor College Latin Jazz Big Band under the direction of legendary Latin trumpet player Luis Ortiz. The event was also participated by musicians and educators Luis Marin. |
