The article provides information about a powerpoint presentation by the Native Forest Council titled "Native Forests Are Not Tree Farms." The presentation makes children aware through the development of a forest. Using 183 photographs from the Siuslaw and Willamette National Forests, along with private and state forest lands, the visuals provide educators with a plethora of ecological and biological information about a functional forest ecosystem. |
