| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses histochemical studies in mongolism and its clinical and cytogenetic implications. The subjects were 64 mongoloid patients and 64 controls where leukocyte alkaline phosphatase activity (LAPA) was ascertained from the capillary blood. The study revealed that 50 patient with chrosomal abnormality showed higher average value of LAPA than the control group. |
