| Abstrakt: |
This project is examining how data that is routinely gathered by ICT systems, can be integrated and analysed to produce "cyber profiles" of activity and behaviour. The aim is to provide investigators with rich sources of intelligence information which can be used to predict and prevent criminal activity. By incorporating data-mining and artificial intelligence elements in the analysis, it is anticipated that the system will be able to identify new trends and alert law enforcement to new threats before they become a serious problem.
