This document provides information about a clinical study, NCT06598865, that is being conducted in France. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Adapted Physical Activity (APA) on glycemic regulation in individuals with unbalanced Type 2 Diabetes. The study will involve 120 participants who will receive regular support from an APA instructor and will be asked to participate in three sessions per week of APA.
