In this paper, the authors evaluate the share price of the NLMK company using an innovative approach. To evaluate the share price, an economic model is built in the work, specifically estimating ecological risk's impact on the price. We believe that this approach has significant importance because the market may underestimate the risks associated with getting ecological fines and thus overvalues the share. We found that the most influential variable in the equation is the changes in special emissions, meaning the value of company's share price will fall the hardest if the company doesn't manage its special emission. If this approach is used successfully, a possible market advantage can be achieved which may result is substantial gains. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
