The article focuses on need to encourage educators to tackle pressing problems of practice using improvement science, a process for solving complex, persistent challenges by learning deeply about a problem and the systems that produce it. It mentions school is experiencing frequent teacher absences and unaddressed actual problem will likely just manifest as other symptoms to which administrators will have to react. It also mentions accountability reports a source of stress. |
