The article offers interview with Colin Powell, first African American secretary of state and Joint Chiefs of Staff of the U.S. Army. When asked about experience as an adviser for the Vietnam battalion, he refers to learning different cultures and beliefs along with the language barrier. He mentions about the attitudes of Russian and Chinese military regarding war with the U.S. His accomplishment to be part of the American history while celebrating the Black History Month in February. |
