The article focuses on the role of clinical nurse leader (CNL). Topics discussed include the 2013 statement from the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) that evidence-based practice (EBP) is the core of CNL role. Seven steps of EBP are mentioned which include asking clinical questions, searching for the best evidence and evaluation of outcomes. |
