| Abstrakt: | A 2-day-old female baby presented with swelling over left temporal, zygomatic, parotid and over cheek areas. Swelling was soft, cystic, brilliantly transilluminate, non tender, measuring 10X 6 cm, smooth surface, with underlying bony defect felt over left temporal & zygomatic bone. CT scan of face showing multicystic lesion with part of mandible and temporal bone deficient. Surgical excision is the treatment of choice for cystic hygromas. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
