Abstrakt: | The article discusses the U.S. Supreme Court case Mangum v. Renton School District, which is about delay in independent educational evaluation (IEE) received by a student. In this case, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that parents were responsible for any delays caused in the educational evaluation process. The U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington, had earlier held that the school district took all the necessary steps to ensure the evaluation took place in time. |
