Action Research as First-Year Faculty: Exploring the Path Less Taken.

Abstrakt: In this article, the author uses action research to explore teaching of new faculty member in universities and colleges in the U.S. The author said that action research focused on bringing teaching with research possibilities through introductory research, mentions of offering students with opportunities to participate in action research and reflects on challenge of offering routinely feedback to students in the process of action research.
