Abstrakt:	Galloway-Mowat syndrome is a rare autosomal recessive disorder and characterized by marked intrauterine growth retardation, central nervous system anomalies and early onset nephrotic syndrome. Of the reported cases in the literature, most were diagnosed postnataly. We reported a case of Galloway-Mowat syndrome with late-onset intrauterine growth restriction detected by prenatal ultrasound.
