Abstrakt:	The article presents a study on neuromuscular fatigue from power actions, using a weight-stack device (WS) with and without a rubber band (RB). Topics include weight-based resistance training, medialis surface electromyography (EMG) parameters, and concentric contractions. Elastic resistance, deceleration phase, and acute response are also discussed.
