| Abstrakt: |
The article reflects on the international transportation law in Canada and the U.S. during 2012. It states that Canada's Competition Bureau has made an agreement with the Air Canada and the airline holding firm United Continental Holdings Inc. regarding the exclusion of fourteen routes between Canada and the U.S. It states that the Canadian Commissioner of Competition has filed a notice with the Canadian Competition Tribunal for prohibiting the Canadian firm to enter into any agreement. |
