The author discusses the path to becoming an effective leader in the pharmacy industry. He suggests that one can be extensively trained to become a leader through leadership science but still become an ineffective leader. He describes the differences between managers and leaders. He also provides a list of the characteristics of a typical successful leader, as well as tools for improving leadership capabilities. |
