In this article, the author reflects his thoughts related to the building of public health infrastructure in poor countries. He mentions that various countries have treatments and tools needed to combat AIDS and other epidemics, but these help are usually least available in places they are needed the such as Tanzania. He reports that the failure of the public and private sectors to deliver better health outcomes, the epidemic diseases are exacerbating across the poor countries. |
