| Abstrakt: | The author discusses the markets for broadband communications services in the U.S. Several tendencies frequently appearing in the broadband communications services sector include rapid innovation, declining costs, and product differentiation. In this dynamism the chances of policy errors are high. Hence, the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released its December 2010 Open Internet Order for thorough assessment of the broadband market. |
