Abstrakt: Examines the biological characteristics of the tumor of inflammatory breast cancer (IBC) by comparing the overexpression of oncogenes ERBB2, MYC, CCND1 and RHOC and TP53 gene mutation rates in IBC. Analysis of the TP53 gene status in IBC and locally advanced breast cancer; Factor attributed to the clinical aggresiveness of the TP53 mutation and ERBB2 overexpression in IBC; Effect of the absence of TP53 function on genome instability.
