Abstrakt:	The article reports on the retrospective study by doctor Anthony F. Felipe, which revealed that penetrating keratoplasty performed for different indications, particularly, keratoconus, have high graft survival rates and good visual outcomes 20 years or longer after treatment despite ectasia.
