Abstrakt: The interactions of radioiodinated human serum albumin and sodium iodide with plasma proteins and their uptake by the arterial wall are investigated in vivo and in vitro. The results clearly show that in most situations iodinated albumin is unsuitable for studies on arterial permeability. [ABSTRACT FROM PUBLISHER]
