| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a case study of a dog from Minnesota infected with Ehrlichia muris. The infected dog showed the decreased activity, vomiting bouts and decreased appetite. It also includes a diagrammatic representation in the form of phylogenetic tree which depicts the comparison of NCSU-MN CO-2011 with the Proteobacteria on the basis of gene sequences for 16SrRNA and GroEL. |
