The article reports on the illegal trade of wildlife animals in Garo Hills in Meghalaya, India. It suggests the need to raise awareness among all sections of society regarding the need to protect the wildlife and ensure they continue to live safely in their natural habitats. It highlights the efforts of Samrakshan Trust to combat the threats to wildlife and forests in the Garo Hills, helping the society create a more environmentally sensitive society. |
