Abstrakt: The article shares tips from podiatrists for keeping feet and ankles strong and healthy. It suggests calf raise exercises to strengthen the muscles that connect to the foot when the feet or ankles are prone to injury. It explains the importance of having a good range of motion in the toes and how toning shoes and minimalist or barefoot running shoes help tone muscles. It warns women about the danger of wearing stilettos and of changing back and forth from high- heeled shoes to flat shoes.
