Discusses a study on the development and experimental test of the double-layer film model using microwave magnetic resonance. Comparison of the theory of ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) in double-layer coupled films suggested with experimental data on resonance field angular dependencies in the T/Permalloy films; Angular and frequency dependencies of FMR fields in the films cobalt/ iron-nickel and nickel/iron-nickel with different layer thicknesses; Angular dependence of FMR. |
