| Abstrakt: |
The relation between the ultrasonic characteristics and the ionic conductivity produced by Cu[sup +] and Ag[sup +] ions has been investigated in four-component CuGeAsS[sub 3] and AgGeAsSe[sub 3] chalcogenides. It is shown that the temperature range where ionic conductivity appears corresponds to the onset of a rapid decrease in the ultrasound velocity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
