Presents a study that investigated central hemodynamic variables and regional blood flow and vascular resistances in patients with severe congestive heart failure before and after the oral administration of prazosin hydrochloride or hydralazine. Comparison of the effect of the drugs on regional blood flow and vascular resistances; Central hemodynamic data obtained during the control period and over eight hours after drug administration; Relation of hemodynamic effects to dosage. |
