Abstrakt: Synodontia or Fusion is more commonly seen in the anterior and maxillary region. Fusion of a supernumerary tooth to one in the normal series is not an uncommon finding, but these anomalies in conjunction with a talon cusp form a rare case. The etiology, prevalence and clinical features of the aforementioned anomalies have been reviewed in detail. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
