| Abstrakt: |
The article presents a letter responding to a study on the impact of crisis resolution and home treatment teams (CRHTTs) on psychiatric admissions in England. The study concluded that the introduction of CRHTTs did not significantly reduce the number of admissions in primary care trusts (PCTs), which ran counter to the findings of previous studies. The letter suggests that future studies could gather more reliable data by looking at data at the level of CRHTTs and not PCTs. |
