The article focuses on the judicial homogeneity in the European Economic Area (EEA) along with the authority of the European Free Trade Association (EDTA) court , based on the article by Halvard Haukeland Fredriksen. It says that in the article of Fredriksen, he evaluates the general goal of uniform and use of the usual rules in all EEA states. Hence, Fredriksen concludes that the supreme authority on the interpretation of EEA law remains with the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). |
