| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses a study on T-cell clonality expansion in patients with eosinophilic lung disease. The study utilized monoclonal antibodies and flow cytometry to analyze T-cell expression. It states that the study is limited to the heterogeneity and small sample size of patients. Results showed that T cells with clonal T-cell receptor (TCR)-&x#03B3; rearrangements exist in patients with eosinophilic lung disease. |
