ISSUES CONCERNING SUBSTITUTING INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION.

Abstrakt: Internet technology based on the concept of Web 2.0 has changed communication in an interactive dialogue penetrating all areas of life, education doing him any exception. E-learning enables rapid dissemination of information, provide dynamic learning stages and cyclic repetition facilitates formal and informal communication, greatly reducing the costs of training and learning, but has also some disadvantages, among which the most important being the lack of direct interaction between student and teacher. The new environment created by the Internet, wich integrate innovative multimedia techniques (Wiki, Glossary, Web Calendar, Blog, Forum, loading and unloading tools embedded files, etc.) become essential in E-learnig programs. In this paper we focus on the possibilities of using social media to solve (to substitute) the lack of communication between student and teacher. Conclusions are based on an applied research students enrolled in an online master program at the ASE Bucharest, wich search the degree of satisfaction offered by the use of social media in their training program. The study was possible place because is used in the training process in ASE Bucharest as a means of e-lerning, a customized version of the open source MOODLE. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
