In this increasingly dynamic world, in which risks, dangers and threats to security and defence are amplified and diversified, is a need for very robust, timely and effective decisions. Therefore, eLearning is the answer for education and training of military commanders and political decision-makers in order to keep pace with faster changes in the security environment.
