| Abstrakt: |
The article discusses the foreign assistance provided by the U.S. to Lebanon. It recalls that the U.S. government has decided to increase its assistance to Lebanon following the Israel-Hezbollah war in 2006. Programs that benefit from the Economic Support Funds (ESF) are those associated with political and economic reform and with local civil society organizations (CSOs). Security assistance provided to Lebanon involves the Foreign Military Financing (FMF) grants. |
