The article presents the author's view concerning the role of education on the increasing internationalisation and the change of demographics due to crossing borders. It notes the need to prepare students from intercultural competence contributed from an increase in cultural diversity, in which cuture-specific skills, knowledge, and attitudes provide effective communication. It recommends that the commitment and involvement of institutions to develop the student's intercultural competence. |
