The article focuses on the behavioral research projects of several U.S.-based companies including Standard Oil Co., Sears, Roebuck & Co., and General Electric Co. It is believed that the research projects could lead to more efficient management development. It claims that Sears, Roebuck & Co. goes far in the study of the application of prediction techiques to management selection. It asserts that in the research effort of Sears, Roebuck & Co., the company installs a program of work planning. |
