Analyzes the occurence of aggression and avoidance between grazing herds of guanacos (Lama guanicoe) and vicunas (Vicugna vicugna) at high altitudes in the Argentinean Andes. Occurence of inter-specific competition for food; Avoidance of hetero-specific and con-specific groups of wild camelids grazing in the same habitat; Seasonal differences in food partitioning. |
